ESSENTIAL
A great place to start. Stott contemporary style essential level exercises provides the perfect introduction to a regimented Pilates routine. Find the foundational exercises and principles here. These sessions are oriented around specific movement patterns for a well rounded Pilates practice. This class provides a way to measure progress week by week.
DEEP DIVE
Full body Pilates workout that provides a deeper study of specific exercises. Deep Dive classes examine concepts and principles of Pilates, changing focus each week. A great opportunity to ask questions and learn exercise choreography at a slower pace with proper form as the focus.
CREATIVE
Our signature and most popular group class. Experience an athletic Pilates workout balancing essential choreography with a challenging workload. Using Pilates props of the day, no two workouts are ever the same. Stamina, stability and strength built here.
MIXED EQUIPMENT
Creative workout incorporating Pilates apparatus. TRX and Barre Fusion exercises on the Power Plate. A swiftly paced, athletic class that keeps you moving! Includes circuits with dumbbells, BOSU balls and other equipment. Doable for all group class levels.
PUMP AND PLYO
High energy meets a low impact CARDIO workout! The reformer jump board attachment allows for plyometric lower body sculpting, and core strengthening, without harsh impact to the joints. Cardio bursts alternating with full body strength training. Suitable for all levels of group exercise, participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and modify when needed.
Re-Flex
Increase range of motion, find stretch, strength, and mobility. Improve posture while finding balance and coordination in this all-levels class format. Utilizes all studio equipment.

CREATIVE REFORMER

Our signature, and assuredly to be most popular, group class. Experience an athletic reformer workout balancing ESSENTIAL level choreography with a challenging workload. Reformer based, using Pilates “props of the day”, no 2 workouts are ever the same. Stamina, stability and strength built here.
