PILATES PLUS
ESSENTIALS
A great place to start. Stott contemporary styled ESSENTIAL level class provides the perfect introduction to your Pilates routine. Find the foundational exercises and principles here. These sessions are oriented around specific exercises for a well-rounded Pilates practice. This provides a way to measure progress week by week.
DEEP DIVE
Full body reformer workout that provides a deeper study of a specific series of exercises. DEEP DIVE classes examine one series of exercises, changing focus each week. A great opportunity to learn exercise choreography at a slower pace with proper form as the focus.
CREATIVE REFORMER
Our signature and most popular, group class. Experience an athletic reformer workout balancing differing levels of choreography with a challenging workload. Reformer based, using Pilates “props of the day”, no two workouts are ever the same. Stamina, stability and strength built here.
